Description:

We are seeking an expert consultant to guide us in efficiently running bulk cold email campaigns, specifically targeting hundreds of thousands of emails. We have our data prepared and are utilizing Send Grid as our email service provider. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us optimize our approach, maintain a good sender reputation, and ensure compliance with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

    Consultation on Best Practices: Provide insights into effective strategies for bulk cold emailing, including segmentation, personalization, and content best practices.
    Domain Management: Advise on the purchase and management of email domains, including how to choose domains that maintain a good reputation.
    Reputation Management: Guide us on practices to keep our sender reputation strong, including IP warming, feedback loops, and monitoring metrics.
    Compliance: Ensure our email campaigns comply with regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM, providing recommendations for obtaining and managing consent.
    Performance Metrics: Help us identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success of our campaigns and how to analyze the data for continuous improvement.
    Software Utilization: Offer tips on maximizing Send Grid’s features to enhance our bulk email delivery and tracking capabilities.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in running successful bulk email campaigns, particularly with platforms like Send Grid.
    Strong understanding of email deliver ability, sender reputation, and best practices in cold emailing.
    Familiarity with legal requirements and compliance issues related to bulk emailing.
    Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
