Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to take over the management of our ads account. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Google Ads and a track record of optimizing campaigns for better performance. Monthly meetings will be scheduled to discuss strategies, performance, and improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Oversee and optimize existing Google Ads campaigns.
Conduct regular audits to ensure account health and performance.
Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI.
Strategy and Optimization:
Review and refine campaign strategies to align with business goals.
Implement A/B testing to optimize ad creatives and landing pages.
Stay updated on industry trends and Google Ads updates.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
Generate and present detailed performance reports during monthly meetings.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration and Communication:
Participate in monthly meetings to discuss performance, strategy, and next steps.
Work closely with internal teams to align ad strategies with overall marketing efforts.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing Google Ads accounts, ideally with a history of successful campaign management.
Strong understanding of Google Ads platform, PPC strategies, and best practices.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage an account previously handled by an agency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Ads certification.
Experience with eCommerce or B2B advertising.
Familiarity with SEO and SEM strategies.
