However, our site has had the Accessibility by Appify Commerce app installed for over a year, and it seems the firm sending the letter may not have thoroughly reviewed our site.

Responsibilities:

    Provide consultation on ADA compliance issues and advise on the best course of action.
    Communicate with the firm that sent the letter if necessary.
