We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to help create a Google AdSense and affiliate-based blog site. The focus will be on generating high-quality articles targeting low-competition keywords to rank effectively on search engines, particularly Bing, in light of recent Google updates. The goal is to create a profitable website that can be flipped for a good price in 6 to 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify super low-competition keywords suitable for the blog.
    Create high-quality, engaging articles that include product recommendations for affiliate marketing.
    Implement SEO best practices to optimize articles for search engines, focusing on both Google and Bing.
    Handle all aspects of the blog's development, including design, content creation, and optimization.
    Monitor website performance and make necessary adjustments to improve rankings and traffic.
    Prepare the site for future flipping in the international marketplace.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in SEO, particularly with Google AdSense and affiliate marketing.
    Strong understanding of keyword research tools and techniques.
    Ability to produce high-quality, informative articles that engage readers.

Compensation:

    This position is initially project-based, with a profit-sharing opportunity of 20% if the site is flipped successfully at a good price.
