Hours: 5-6 hours/day
Position Type: Remote with occasional travel to Krakow (1-2 times a year for 1-week in-office sessions)

Project Overview:
Join our team as a Middle Manual QA Engineer for a U.S.-based healthcare messaging SaaS application. This platform supports a wide range of features, with patient data integrations, multiple access levels, and robust messaging capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct manual testing of features across different user roles, permissions, and environments.
    Perform API testing using Postman and ensure integrations are functioning correctly.
    Test feature toggles and cross-browser compatibility.
    Document and maintain test cases, ensuring alignment with project standards.
    Work independently in a remote setting and join two weekly stand-up calls at 9 am PST.
    Participate in end-to-end testing for data uploads, reporting, and interconnection integrations.

Requirements:

    3+ years of Manual QA experience, ideally with a stable employment history.
    Practical experience in API testing with Postman.
    Experience testing SaaS applications and features with role-based permissions.
    Strong skills in cross-browser testing and maintaining test documentation.
    Ability to work remotely and independently.
    Openness to pass a U.S. background check if required.

Nice-to-Have Skills (Not Required):

    Experience with Healthcare apps and understanding of HIPAA compliance.
    Familiarity with PHI handling, HL7, sFTP testing, Twilio, Swagger, and other healthcare standards.
    Experience testing systems with inventory setups, data integrations, dashboards, and reporting calculations.
