Overview:

We are seeking a talented Email Marketing Expert to lead the email marketing efforts for two distinct brands:

    Ten4Nation: A logistics-themed store specializing in affiliate marketing.
    The Harden Garden: An online plant shop.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Klaviyo and be willing to learn Wix for email marketing. Your role will involve developing and implementing email marketing strategies, managing lists, creating campaigns, and analyzing performance. You’ll have the support of a graphic designer and additional help for building campaigns if needed.

Responsibilities:

    Email Strategy: Develop and execute effective email marketing strategies to boost engagement and drive conversions for both brands.
    List Management: Build, maintain, and clean accurate and relevant email lists to ensure maximum deliverability and engagement.
    Segmentation: Create detailed audience segments based on business objectives and customer data to deliver targeted messages.
    Automation: Set up and manage automated email sequences and workflows to nurture leads and retain customers.
    Campaign Execution: Design, create, and launch compelling email campaigns that align with the brand’s goals and enhance customer experience.
    Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.

Requirements:

    Experience with Klaviyo is required.
    Willingness to learn Wix email if not already experienced with both platforms.
    Strong background in building and maintaining email lists.
    Expertise in audience segmentation and automation setup.
    Knowledge of email marketing best practices and compliance.
    Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Availability:

    Ideally available for 10-20 hours per week.
    Prefer availability between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST, but flexibility can be offered for the right candidate.

Compensation:

    Starting rate: $5 per hour.
    Opportunities for raises, bonuses, and commissions based on performance.
