Role: Reddit Media Buyer

We are seeking a skilled Reddit Media Buyer with proven expertise in managing and optimizing ad campaigns. The primary focus of this role is to drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and achieve a strong ROI through strategic Reddit advertising.
Key Responsibilities

    Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, launch, and manage Reddit ad campaigns to drive traffic, boost conversions, and grow brand awareness.
    Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor campaigns, adjust bids, and test creatives to maximize ROI.
    Data-Driven Insights: Analyze metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, saves, CPC, conversions) and refine strategies based on performance data.
    Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets effectively to maximize impact without overspending.
    Collaboration:
        Work with graphic designers to create visually compelling ad creatives tailored for Reddit.
        Coordinate with the tech team to ensure proper pixel integration and tracking.
    Leverage External Data: Utilize insights from Meta Ads and Google Ads to inform Reddit strategies.
    Market Research: Stay updated on Reddit ad trends, competitor campaigns, and platform updates to ensure competitive strategies.

Requirements

    Proven track record of managing and optimizing Reddit ad campaigns with measurable success in sales growth and ROI.
    Availability to work during 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (EET +2).
    In-depth knowledge of Reddit’s advertising platform, targeting options, and bidding strategies.
    Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions.
    Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    Effective communication skills for collaboration and reporting.

Nice-to-Have

    Experience in the fashion or sustainable clothing industry.
    Familiarity with graphic design tools to contribute ideas for ad creatives.
    Knowledge of other advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
