Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled YouTube Growth Manager and Editor to help us grow our channel and optimize our content. Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement growth strategies to increase subscribers and engagement
    Analyze YouTube analytics to optimize content performance
    Edit videos to ensure high-quality production and visual appeal
    Collaborate with the content team to align videos with our brand and content strategy
    Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for maximum reach
    Stay up-to-date with YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
    Engage with our community through comments, live streams, and other interactive formats
    Track and report on key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements:

    Proven experience in growing YouTube channels and optimizing video content
    Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
    Strong understanding of YouTube analytics and SEO
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    Knowledge of current trends and best practices in YouTube growth and content optimization
    Familiarity with branding and content strategy
