Key Responsibilities:

    User-Centered Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize user needs, translating them into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for the mobile app and management dashboard.

    Wireframes & Prototypes: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts, gather feedback, and iterate on designs effectively.

    Design Enhancements: Continuously improve app design to enhance usability, accessibility, and visual appeal while maintaining brand consistency.

    User Testing: Conduct user testing sessions, gather and analyze feedback, and incorporate insights into design iterations to ensure a user-first experience.

    Collaboration with Developers: Partner closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately, maintaining a consistent user experience across all environments (development, staging, and production).

Requirements:

    Experience: Proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably for e-commerce or marketplace platforms.
    Skills: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and experience with user testing and feedback analysis.
    Strong Communication: Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and developers.
    Attention to Detail: A keen eye for design details, ensuring the final product aligns with the original design vision.
    Collaboration: Team player with strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with various teams.
