We are a growing mobile app development company focused on delivering exceptional user experiences while maximizing our revenue potential. Currently, we are seeking an Ad Monetization Specialist to optimize our app's ad revenue performance. Our goal is to increase our current eCPM for interstitial ads in the U.S. from $5 to the industry average of $14 or higher.
Job Description:

As an Ad Monetization Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our current ad monetization strategy to boost revenue while ensuring a positive user experience.
Responsibilities:

    Audit Current Setup: Conduct a thorough audit of our existing ad monetization setup, including ad networks, placements, and formats (e.g., interstitial, rewarded, native, and app open ads).
    Identify Issues: Analyze factors contributing to low eCPM and provide actionable insights for improvement.
    Optimize Placements: Improve ad placements, frequency capping, and mediation strategies to maximize fill rates and CPMs.
    Diversify Networks: Explore and implement partnerships with additional ad networks to enhance competition for ad inventory.
    Monitor Performance: Continuously track and analyze ad performance metrics, including eCPM, fill rates, and ARPU (Average Revenue Per User).

Requirements:

    Proven experience in mobile ad monetization, particularly with platforms such as AdMob, Unity Ads, or similar.
    Expertise in mediation platforms and optimizing ad waterfalls.
    Strong knowledge of various ad formats, including interstitial, rewarded, native, and app open ads.
    Excellent analytical skills to interpret performance data and identify actionable trends.
    Experience working with Tier 1 markets, particularly the U.S., is preferred.
    Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Deliverables:

    A comprehensive report identifying the root causes of low eCPM and ad performance issues.
    Actionable recommendations to enhance eCPM and overall ad revenue.
    Implemented optimizations in ad mediation setup and placement strategies.
    Regular updates and progress reports on ad performance improvements.
