Company Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Meta Ad Manager to handle the ongoing ad management for two women’s fashion brands. This partnership will begin with a three-month term, with the possibility of extension based on performance and mutual agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

    Ad Management: Develop, implement, and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns for two women’s fashion brands.
    Campaign Strategy: Create and execute ad strategies that align with brand objectives and target audience.
    Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize ad performance to ensure maximum ROI and achieve campaign goals.
    Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and insights to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
    Creative Collaboration: Work with our creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience.

Skills and Experience Required:

    Meta Ad Expertise: Proven experience in managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns, particularly for fashion or lifestyle brands.
    Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective ad strategies tailored to specific brand objectives.
    Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to monitor, measure, and optimize ad performance.
