About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

    DM Outreach: Use direct messages to connect with followers and promote podcast episodes authentically.
    Engagement Strategies: Develop creative and on-brand methods to engage followers based on podcast themes, fostering a sense of community and curiosity about the podcast.
    Analytics & Optimization: Track Instagram engagement metrics and podcast download conversions, providing actionable insights to improve strategies.

Ideal Candidate:

    Proven Experience: Demonstrated success with Instagram-based growth strategies, especially for podcasts or media platforms.
    Strong Communication Skills: Ability to write engaging, authentic messages and comments that resonate with audiences.
    Data-Driven: Knowledge of Instagram analytics tools and the ability to use insights to refine approaches and measure success.
    Creative Thinker: Innovates beyond traditional tactics to attract and retain podcast listeners.
