Responsibilities:
Virtual Assistant Tasks:
Manage emails and respond to routine inquiries.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Organize and maintain online files and documents.
Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Bookkeeping Duties:
Record and manage financial transactions (e.g., invoices, receipts, etc.).
Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
Assist in preparing financial reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Bookkeeper.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or other bookkeeping software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential financial information.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with cloud-based tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Previous experience with eCommerce or small business bookkeeping is a plus.
