Role Description:

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations. This part-time role involves managing video SEO, monitoring our WordPress blog for SEO, and handling email and Calendly calendar tasks. The position is temporary and part-time, requiring approximately 1 hour per day.
Key Responsibilities:

    Video SEO Management:
        Optimize daily video posts for YouTube and other platforms (Rumble, TikTok, Reddit, X, Instagram, FB).
        Implement best practices for video SEO to increase visibility and engagement.

    WordPress Blog Monitoring:
        Ensure SEO best practices are followed for blog posts.
        Monitor blog performance and make necessary adjustments.

    Email Management:
        Handle email correspondence.
        Discriminate between spam and important communications.

    Calendly Management:
        Schedule and manage appointments using Calendly.
        Ensure calendar is up-to-date and conflicts are resolved.

Qualifications:

    Administrative Virtual Assistance:
        Experience in administrative support roles.

    Video SEO Proficiency:
        Demonstrated ability to optimize video content on YouTube, Rumble, X, Instagram, and other platforms.

    WordPress Experience:
        Knowledge of WordPress SEO practices.

    Calendly Platform Experience:
        Proficiency in managing appointments and scheduling using Calendly.

    Email Management:
        Ability to manage emails efficiently and identify spam.

    Experience in Meditation and Mindfulness (Preferred):
        Familiarity with meditation and mindfulness practices is a plus.

    Knowledge of Life Coaching (Preferred):
        Understanding of life coaching concepts is an advantage.
