We are looking for an experienced TikTok Affiliate Manager to help us grow our affiliate program for a skincare brand in the UK. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying and engaging with TikTok influencers and affiliates, building relationships, and managing the process from outreach to product delivery.

Responsibilities:

    Identify and recruit TikTok influencers/affiliates who align with our skincare brand.
    Engage with potential affiliates, negotiate terms, and establish strong partnerships before sending products.
    Manage communication and build relationships to ensure smooth collaboration.
    Track affiliate performance and optimize relationships for maximum results.

Requirements:

    Experience in managing Tik Tok affiliate programs, preferably in the beauty/skincare industry.
    Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    Familiarity with TikTok trends and in fluencer marketing.
    Knowledge of the UK market.
