Job Description:

We are seeking a talented designer to create 3D renders for the interior and exterior of a sauna. The ideal candidate will have expertise in architectural design, specifically with a focus on wellness spaces, and be highly skilled in 3D modeling and rendering. While the floor plan is finalized, we require assistance in bringing the design to life through detailed, high-quality visualizations.

Responsibilities:

Develop a functional and visually appealing 3D model of the sauna's interior and exterior based on the provided floor plan.

Incorporate design elements that align with wellness aesthetics, ensuring a cohesive and relaxing environment.

Provide realistic renders that showcase material textures, lighting, and spatial layout effectively.

Work collaboratively to refine the design based on feedback and suggestions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in architectural design with a focus on wellness or spa spaces.

Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Blender, or 3ds Max, with expertise in rendering tools like V-Ray or Lumion.

Strong understanding of materials, textures, and lighting to create photorealistic renders.
