Key Responsibilities

        Respond to customer inquiries across TikTok, email, and other platforms with professionalism and efficiency.
        Address concerns, resolve issues, and provide product information to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

    Order Management
        Oversee order processing and shipping details to guarantee smooth transactions.
        Coordinate with fulfillment teams to address any shipping or product-related concerns.

    Market Research and Strategy
        Conduct research on current TikTok trends, market competitors, and customer preferences.
        Offer actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies and product offerings.

    Brand Engagement
        Help manage and optimize TikTok shop content to increase visibility and sales.
        Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements to boost engagement.

Qualifications

Note: This role requires U.S. residency to represent our LLC business operations.

    Strong understanding of TikTok marketing trends and social media engagement.
    Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach.
    Organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
    A proactive attitude and ability to contribute new ideas for operational efficiency.
    Prior experience in e-commerce, customer service, or social media management is a plus but not mandatory.
