We are seeking a professional with extensive experience in configuring Loy verse P OS software to assist in the comprehensive setup of our account. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory management, sales analytics, and customer loyalty programs within the Loy verse system.
Project Scope
Inventory Management
Centralized inventory setup to supply 12 P OS devices across different retail locations.
Implementation of stock tracking, reorder thresholds, and cost calculations.
Ensuring seamless integration for inventory updates across all locations in real time.
Sales Analytics
Configuration of detailed reports to analyze sales trends, performance, and profitability.
Customization of dashboards for quick insights into location-specific and overall business performance.
Customer Loyalty Program
Setup and configuration of a simple, engaging customer loyalty program tailored to our business needs.
Training on managing and tracking customer points and rewards within the system.
Requirements
Proven experience configuring Loy verse P OS for multi-location businesses.
Familiarity with Android tablets, cash registers, and barcode scanner integrations (hardware knowledge not required for this role).
Excellent communication skills to explain the setup and functionality clearly.
Ability to ensure the system is scalable and supports potential future growth.
