Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team for a long-term project. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies aimed at driving traffic, generating leads, and increasing brand awareness. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and PPC advertising. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable results. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

    Digital Marketing Strategy Development:
        Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
        Identify target audiences and determine the most effective channels to reach them.

    Social Media Marketing:
        Develop and manage content for various social media channels.
        Create and execute social media growth strategies to increase engagement and follower base.
        Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to keep strategies up-to-date.

    Email Marketing:
        Design and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
        Optimize email content, layout, and delivery to maximize open rates and conversions.

    Content Marketing:
        Develop high-quality, relevant content for blogs, websites, and social media that aligns with the brand voice.
        Implement content marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive organic traffic.

    PPC Advertising:
        Plan and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive targeted traffic.
        Continuously monitor and optimize PPC performance to achieve the best ROI.

    Data Analysis and Reporting:
        Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
        Prepare detailed reports on digital marketing activities and outcomes.

    Project Management:
        Manage digital marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Required Skills:

    Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
    Strong expertise in social media marketing, including content creation and growth strategies.
    Proficient in email marketing tools and techniques.
    In-depth knowledge of content marketing strategies and best practices.
    Experience managing PPC campaigns with a focus on ROI.
    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
