Job Description:

We are a professional, agile, and innovative marketing agency specializing in lead generation and appointment booking services for gyms and martial arts studios. We are seeking motivated and driven cold callers to join our team. This is a commission-based role with the potential to earn between $2,000–$7,000 per month based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct 150–300 cold calls daily to gym and studio owners from provided lead lists.
    Use our provided scripts to book appointments with our sales team.
    Attend training and coaching sessions to improve performance and conversion rates.
    Follow up with leads as necessary to secure appointments.
    Maintain an organized record of calls and outcomes.
