Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented content creator to manage weekly posts across our Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest accounts. This role focuses on crafting visually appealing photo posts and stories with stylish text overlays, optimizing posting times, and ensuring high-quality, engaging content tailored to our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Design and create 3-4 photo posts weekly for Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest in square format (1:1, 1080x1080) with stylish text overlays.

Create corresponding 3-4 stories weekly for the same platforms in 9:16 format with matching text overlays.

Ensure all visuals are high-quality, brand-appropriate, and captivating.

Photo Utilization and Messaging:

Use supplied original photos as the base for creating unique and engaging posts.

Add clear, engaging, and on-brand messaging tailored to the target audience.

Platform Management and Scheduling:

Use Metricool (we'll provide access) to schedule posts for optimal times to maximize reach and engagement.

Ensure all posts are formatted correctly for the respective platforms and meet platform-specific guidelines.

Performance Monitoring:

Collaborate with us to monitor post performance and engagement via Metricool.

Adjust content strategy based on detailed monthly performance insights.

Skills and Qualifications:

Design and Creativity:

Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.

Ability to create stylish, on-brand text overlays and visually captivating designs.

Social Media Expertise:

Strong understanding of content formats and dimensions for Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.

Knowledge of best practices for posts, stories, and scheduling tools like Metricool, Buffer, or Hootsuite.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple weekly tasks while meeting deadlines consistently.

Keen attention to detail to ensure all visuals and messaging align with the brand.

Strategic Posting:
