About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX designer with extensive experience in Figma and a solid understanding of Shopify store design principles. The project involves redesigning our existing Shopify store by applying a design guide to a pre-selected Shopify theme. The primary objective is to maximize the use of the theme’s built-in features to minimize the need for custom development.

Key Responsibilities:

    Design Integration:
        Collaborate with our team to comprehend the specific design guide and overall brand aesthetics.
        Use Figma to create visually appealing designs that are practical to implement within the Shopify theme’s existing features.

    User Experience Optimization:
        Ensure designs are optimized for usability and conversion, focusing on delivering a seamless user experience across all devices.
        Adjust and refine visual elements to ensure they integrate well with Shopify platform’s capabilities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

    Technical Skills:
        Proven expertise in UI/UX design using Figma.
        Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
        Ability to translate design guides into practical and attractive online store designs.

    Design Knowledge:
        Knowledge of current e-commerce design trends and best practices.
        Understanding of Shopify theme customization and the ability to leverage existing theme features effectively.

    Soft Skills:
        Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
        Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work within set timelines.

Project Deliverables:

    A complete set of Figma designs that align with our design guide and can be implemented using our Shopify theme’s standard sections.
    A style guide and design specifications for developers to follow during the theme customization process.

Budget:
We are open to discussing a fixed rate or hourly compensation based on your experience and the scope of work.
