Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Java Tech Lead with a robust background in Core Java, Spring, SpringBoot, and REST web services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in microservices, containers, and cloud services, particularly Amazon AWS. Additionally, the role demands proficiency in database management and CI/CD processes.

Key Responsibilities:

    Lead the development and implementation of complex software solutions using Core Java, Spring, and SpringBoot.
    Design, develop, and maintain REST web services.
    Utilize Amazon AWS for scalable cloud solutions.
    Implement microservices architecture and containerization solutions using Docker or Kubernetes.
    Manage and optimize databases in RDBMS such as SQL Server, Postgres, or MySQL.
    Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins.
    Write and maintain unit test cases and integration test cases.
    Analyze design artifacts to derive logic and execute development tasks.

Desired Experience:

    Proficiency in UI technologies such as Angular or ReactJS.
    Experience with workflow engines like Camunda.
    Recent experience working with Linux or Unix environments.

Skills Required:

    Hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring, SpringBoot, and REST web services.
    Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
    Database experience with SQL Server, Postgres, or MySQL.
    Proficient in using CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
    Skilled in writing unit test cases and integration test cases.
    Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking.
    Excellent communication and leadership skills.
