Role Overview:
As a Social Media Manager, your role is crucial in growing and managing multiple social media accounts for our clients. You will oversee the operation, engagement, and follower growth on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Reddit, and more, to drive traffic to their other channels (including O F). Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking are key to success in this position.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple social media accounts: Post stories, reels, and captions while growing followers across multiple platforms.
Platform expertise: Experience with Instagram and TikTok is essential. Familiarity with Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, and Reddit is important.
Content management: Collaborate with creators, approve content, and update them on posting schedules and progress.
Task prioritization: Check daily tasks, prioritize, and ensure timely completion.
Spreadsheet management: Track social media statistics and other relevant data.
Industry familiarity: Operate professionally and confidentially within the online entertainment industry.
Flexible working hours: Split shifts based on creators' needs across different time zones (USA/AUS).
Requirements:
Proficiency in English for effective communication.
Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing multiple social media accounts.
Ability to use Slack for communication.
Strong understanding of social media growth strategies.
Comfort in working in the online entertainment industry.
Training:
You will receive video training and documented guides to understand your duties. Managers will provide initial instructions and support as you learn the role.
