Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced US licensed attorney specializing in email and cloud storage data infringement cases. This remote position requires a deep understanding of US laws related to data privacy, breaches, and intellectual property, with a particular focus on the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA) and the Stored Communications Act (SCA).

Responsibilities:

    Handle infringement cases related to email and cloud storage data, including data breaches, privacy violations, and intellectual property disputes.
    Provide legal advice to ensure that the company's email and data storage practices comply with US laws and regulations.
    Represent the company in legal proceedings, including litigation and arbitration.
    Conduct legal research and analysis to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
    Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to data storage and privacy.
    Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement data protection policies and strategies.

Qualifications:

    Hold a US attorney license (must be licensed in at least one state).
    In-depth knowledge of US laws and regulations, such as the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA) and the Stored Communications Act (SCA).
    Proven experience handling cases related to data breaches, privacy violations, and intellectual property disputes.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience working with tech companies or in the tech industry.
    Background in cybersecurity or data protection.
