The ideal candidate will help manage social media platforms, update website content using WordPress, and create engaging email newsletters. You’ll use tools like Canva, Hootsuite, and ChatGPT to execute tasks efficiently and support our marketing efforts.

        Collaborate with the web developer to troubleshoot technical issues.

    Email Newsletter Creation:
        Design and distribute weekly email newsletters using tools like Mailchimp.

    Content Calendar Management:
        Maintain and oversee the publication calendar for weekly articles and campaigns.

    Promotional Material Design:
        Create basic designs for flyers and digital marketing using Canva or other graphic design tools.

    Project Management:
        Coordinate communications projects to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications:

    Experience managing social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later).
    Proficiency with WordPress and basic troubleshooting.
    Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.
    Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools.
    Strong organizational and project management skills.
    Excellent communication and reliability.
