Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated team of Virtual Assistants (VAs) based in Pakistan to assist with selling our furniture catalog through Facebook Marketplace and other effective traffic sources. The team will be responsible for marketing our products, generating leads, and converting those leads into sales.

Responsibilities:

    Product Listing: Create compelling and accurate listings for our furniture catalog on Facebook Marketplace and other relevant platforms.
    Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic and attract potential customers.
    Customer Interaction: Engage with potential buyers, answer inquiries, and provide information about the products.
    Sales Conversion: Use persuasive techniques to convert inquiries into sales.
    Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, traffic sources, and other relevant metrics.
    Optimization: Continuously refine marketing strategies based on performance data to maximize conversions.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in online sales and marketing, particularly through Facebook Marketplace.
    Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and traffic generation techniques.
    Excellent communication skills in English.
    Ability to create engaging product listings and manage customer interactions.
    Familiarity with furniture products and the ability to present them effectively.
    Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

    Previous experience with furniture sales or similar products.
    Experience working with international clients or managing remote teams.
    Familiarity with additional traffic sources and marketing channels.
