Description: We are looking for a YouTube Automation Expert to help manage, optimize, and grow our YouTube channel(s). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leveraging automation tools and strategies to streamline content creation, enhance SEO, optimize performance metrics, and drive consistent audience growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

    YouTube Channel Management:
        Oversee the daily operations of our YouTube channels, including video uploads, content optimization, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
        Implement automation tools to optimize workflows such as scheduling posts, managing comments, and ensuring consistency in content release.
    SEO and Content Optimization:
        Perform keyword research and optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags to maximize organic reach and discoverability.
        Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and is structured for YouTube's algorithm to drive more views and engagement.
    Analytics and Reporting:
        Monitor channel and video performance using YouTube Analytics and other tracking tools.
        Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights for future content strategies.
        Develop strategies to improve video ranking and channel growth based on performance data.
    Audience Engagement:
        Implement automated systems for comment management and community engagement.
        Create strategies to foster organic growth through audience interaction, boosting engagement metrics.
    Collaboration:
        Work closely with the content team to ensure videos are aligned with the overall content strategy.
        Provide insights and recommendations on how to improve content creation, audience retention, and overall channel performance.

Requirements:

    Experience:
        Proven experience in managing YouTube channels with a focus on automation tools and strategies.
        Strong understanding of YouTube's algorithm, content optimization, and audience engagement techniques.

    Technical Skills:
        Experience using YouTube automation tools (e.g., TubeBuddy, Hootsuite, or similar).
        Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, keyword research, and analytics platforms.

    Creative & Analytical:
        Ability to think creatively about content strategies while also being data-driven.
        Strong analytical skills to track and measure campaign performance and optimize accordingly.

    Communication:
        Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with other teams and stakeholders.
