Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Workflow Automation Developer to design and build a specialized platform for oncology centers. This platform will automate treatment scheduling, optimize chemotherapy drug inventory, and enhance patient tracking through advanced AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

    Automated Treatment Scheduling for Oncology Centers:
        Design and implement an AI-powered scheduling system for chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and follow-up appointments.
        Integrate seamlessly with existing EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or All scripts.
        Develop an intelligent scheduling engine that adapts appointment times dynamically using real-time patient data.

    Chemotherapy Drug Inventory Optimization:
        Create predictive inventory management systems using AI to forecast drug needs based on historical patient data and treatment schedules.
        Implement real-time tracking and alert systems for drug stock levels and expiration dates.

    Patient Data Management and Monitoring:
        Leverage NLP to extract actionable insights from unstructured EHR data, including lab results, clinical notes, and imaging reports.
        Develop a comprehensive patient tracking dashboard for clinicians to monitor treatment progress and side effects.
        Enable real-time reporting to aid in informed treatment decisions.

Key Features & Deliverables:

Required Expertise & Qualifications:

    3+ years of experience in AI workflow automation for healthcare, ideally in oncology.

    Proven experience with NLP for extracting clinical data from unstructured medical records.
    Knowledge of oncology treatment protocols, including chemotherapy and radiation therapy workflows.
    Understanding of HI PAA compliance and healthcare data security.

Preferred Skills:

    Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
    Experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
    Track record of developing solutions for small-to-medium oncology clinics or hospitals.
