Position Overview:
We are looking to hire three freelancers with expertise in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidates will possess in-depth technical knowledge of pharmaceutics and have proven negotiation skills. Your role will involve working on various projects related to pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and negotiating contracts and agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

    Technical Expertise:
        Provide technical insights and expertise in pharmaceutical products and processes.
        Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
        Conduct research and analysis to support pharmaceutical projects.

    Negotiation:
        Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
        Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients.
        Ensure favorable terms and conditions in all negotiations to benefit the company.

    Project Management:
        Manage and oversee pharmaceutical projects from inception to completion.
        Coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.
        Prepare reports and documentation related to project progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:

    Technical Knowledge:
        Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical products, processes, and industry standards.
        Experience in conducting technical research and analysis.

    Negotiation Skills:
        Proven track record in successful negotiations within the pharmaceutical sector.
        Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.

    Analytical Skills:
        Ability to analyze complex technical data and make informed decisions.
        Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Project Management:
        Experience in managing pharmaceutical projects.
        Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Jordan or the Middle East region.
    Familiarity with local and international pharmaceutical regulations.
    Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
