About Us:
We are a commercial real estate firm looking to update and refresh our existing WordPress website. Our current site has several non-functional features and is in need of a new, innovative branding that aligns with our company's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

    Website Update: Diagnose and fix all non-functional features on our existing WordPress site to ensure it is fully operational.
    New Branding: Implement a new, fresh, and innovative branding for the website that reflects our company’s identity and goals.
    Design Enhancement: Enhance the visual appeal of the site, focusing on user experience and modern design principles.
    Content Management: Ensure that all current content is updated and displayed correctly, and make recommendations for new content as needed.
    Plugin Management: Update and configure necessary plugins to ensure the site’s functionality and security.
    SEO Optimization: Optimize the website for search engines to improve visibility and ranking.
    Mobile Responsiveness: Ensure the website is fully responsive and looks great on all devices.

Requirements:

    Experience: Proven experience in WordPress development, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
    Technical Skills: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
    Design Skills: Strong sense of design aesthetics and branding; experience with graphic design tools is a plus.
    Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and fix issues with WordPress themes, plugins, and core functionality.
    SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices and ability to implement them.
    Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and implement client requirements.

Preferred Skills:

    Experience in Real Estate Websites: Previous experience working on websites for commercial real estate firms or related industries.
    Innovative Mindset: Ability to bring fresh and creative ideas to the table.
