We are seeking creative and detail-oriented designers to help us create and re-create engaging digital downloads for our email list subscribers. Our audience includes Mamas, Crafters, and Entrepreneurs, and we’re looking for designers who can craft beautiful, functional assets tailored to this group.

This is a remote, project-based opportunity where you’ll work with templates, instructions, and creative briefs provided in a shared Google Doc for organization.
Key Responsibilities:

    Asset Creation & Recreation:
        Design printable and digital assets such as planners, task lists, invitations, templates, and more.
        Re-create existing assets with updated designs or formats.

    Work from Examples or Templates:
        Follow templates provided in Canva or use linked examples and instructions for task completion.

    Creative Input:
        Suggest improvements or fresh design ideas to enhance user appeal and functionality.

    Deliver on Brand & Audience Needs:
        Ensure designs are visually appealing and aligned with the preferences of Mamas, Crafters, and Entrepreneurs.

Requirements:

    Graphic Design Experience:
        Proficiency in Canva (required) and other design tools (preferred).
    Creativity:
        Ability to design assets that are both visually appealing and functional for the target audience.
    Attention to Detail:
        Strong focus on accuracy, layout, and consistency.
    Organization:
        Ability to manage multiple tasks using shared documents and instructions.
    Communication:
        Responsive and open to feedback to ensure the designs meet expectations.

Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience creating digital downloads for similar audiences.
    Knowledge of crafting tools like Cricut or Silhouette.
    Familiarity with creating print-ready files.
    Experience designing for entrepreneurs or small business owners.
