We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to support our UK Amazon agency by troubleshooting issues on Amazon Seller and Vendor Central. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Amazon case issues, resolving catalogue problems, and providing day-to-day support to the UK team.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Case Management:
Resolve issues related to Amazon Seller and Vendor Central accounts.
Troubleshoot catalogue issues such as listing errors, ASIN discrepancies, and product detail updates.
Problem Solving:
Take initiative in finding solutions to unexpected challenges and efficiently resolve problems.
Collaborate with the UK team to ensure smooth account operations.
Effective Time Management:
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely resolution of all issues.
Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and maintain high performance.
Qualifications:
Amazon Seller and Vendor Central experience is a must, particularly in troubleshooting case management and catalogue issues.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
Fluency in English is required for seamless communication with the UK team.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle various tasks effectively.
