Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced email marketer to join our team and manage our email marketing campaigns from start to finish. Our business focuses on fasteners and automotive products, and we're looking for someone who can effectively segment our audience and create targeted, impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

    Campaign Development: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for product sales and promotions.
    Audience Segmentation: Segment our audience based on behavior, purchase history, and other relevant factors.
    Template Design: Design and implement email templates that align with our brand's aesthetics.
    Sales Campaign Management: Set up and manage a sales campaign for our upcoming promotion starting on the first of September.
    Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for future improvements.
    Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.

Requirements:

    Experience: Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or automotive sectors.
    Segmentation & Targeting: Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting.
    Design Skills: Ability to create visually appealing and effective email templates.
    Communication: Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
    Platform Proficiency: Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
    Availability: Availability to start immediately and manage the upcoming September sale.
    Long-Term Potential: Potential for a long-term working relationship, with ongoing campaigns beyond the initial project.
