        Create, manage, and optimize drip campaigns for different target audiences, including:
            Selling Your Home with Sumsion Real Estate: Targeting properties priced $1M+ in Springville and Mapleton.
            Tax Strategy & Estate Planning: Targeting high-income professionals such as lawyers, CPAs, doctors, and CEOs.
            Off-Market Deals: Targeting multi-family property owners and developable land owners in Utah County.
        Automate email sequences to ensure efficient and repeatable lead generation.

    CRM Management:
        Collect and input contact information for desired targets into our CRM system.
        Implement automation within the CRM to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

    Additional Channels:
        Develop and send automated mailers and SMS text messages in coordination with email campaigns.
