Responsibilities

A/B Testing & Analysis

Design and run A/B tests, analyze performance metrics (click-through rates, conversions, etc.), and iterate quickly based on findings.

Monitor test progress, document results, and present actionable insights.

Landing Page Creation & Optimization

Create and optimize landing pages for new offers/products within Shopify.

Use heatmaps and analytics tools (Hot jar, Google Analytics, etc.) to identify pain points and troubleshoot low-conversion pages.

Shopify & E-commerce Expertise

Integrate and optimize Shopify apps that improve conversions (upsell tools, subscription apps, etc.).

Know how to bundle products and sell existing products from different angles to increase AOV (average order value).

Ad Creatives & Campaign Management

Develop compelling ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and AdWords.

Set up and optimize ad campaigns to minimize CPA and maximize ROI.

Offer Development & Testing

Create compelling offers for new and existing products.

Continuously test pricing, product bundles, and new angles to drive higher conversions.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Continuously analyze conversion funnels, traffic sources, and user behavior.

Propose improvements based on quantitative data and user insights.

Qualifications

Proven track record in A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

Experience working with Shopify, ideally in the food/nutrition space.

Knowledge of ketogenic diets and prepackaged meal delivery services is a huge plus.

Proficient in heatmap/analytics tools (e.g., Hot jar, Crazy Egg, Google Analytics).

Experience creating and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and AdWords campaigns.

Excellent communication skills—able to present findings and actionable suggestions clearly.

Ability to think creatively about offers, bundles, and marketing angles.
