We've encountered a SKU aggregation issue since integrating Shopify Bundles a few months ago. Our workflow involves using Pirateship as our shipping software, which pulls data directly from Shopify, and enabling rubber stamps so the shipping label accurately reflects the package contents.

The challenge arises because Shopify Bundles splits identical SKUs rather than aggregating them. For instance:

    Expected Output: 2x FS, 1 SG
    Actual Output: 1x FS, 1x FS, 1 SG

This discrepancy is creating confusion for labeling and fulfillment processes, as it complicates identifying quantities at a glance. Screenshots illustrating the issue are attached for reference.
