Job Description:

As our Digital Marketing Content Creator, you will:

    Utilize tools like Cap Cut, In Video AI, Leonardo AI, DALL-E, Chat GPT, Claude AI, and other relevant creative platforms to edit and produce content.
    Create daily engaging video content tailored for our platform channels, including YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
    Research trending topics to produce content that resonates with audiences and has the potential to go viral.
    Deliver content that drives qualified leads and ultimately leads to booked sales appointments.

Compensation Structure:

    Base pay of $5 to $15 per video, depending on experience.
    2.5% commission on agency retainers collected for video content that leads to sales (average retainer of $15,000 per client, earning an additional $375 per client).
    $100 bonus after one month based on experience and performance.
    Flexible remote work schedule with the option to work in our Madison Ave office in NYC one or two days a week if preferred.

What You Bring:

    Proven experience in creating viral digital content (shorts, reels, etc.).
    Skills in AI video creation platforms and image editing, with experience using tools like Cap Cut, In Video AI, Leonardo AI, DALL-E, Chat GPT,

Claude AI and other AI-driven creative platforms.
    A strong eye for trending topics, engaging storytelling, and audience engagement.
    Ability to work independently, follow guidelines, and deliver content consistently.
