Position Overview: Caddy Moving is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Video Content Manager & Creator to grow our audience organically across TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. The main goal is to capture attention by producing engaging and entertaining video content that resonates with viewers and helps grow our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

    Audience Growth: Your primary objective is to expand our social media presence by growing our followers and increasing engagement rates and video views across platforms.
    Repurpose Existing Content: Start by repurposing existing internet videos, removing watermarks, and resharing them as Caddy Moving’s content.
    Daily Content Creation: Produce 2-3 short-form videos per day across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, focusing on entertaining and comedic content.
    Comedy & Engagement: The videos should focus on comedy, similar to accounts like Moving Tips For You, Luxury Movers, and Let's Get Moving, with a clear goal to maximize views.
    Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with Caddy Moving’s brand and target audience interests.
    Analytics & Reporting: Regularly monitor and analyze content performance metrics, adjust strategies based on data, and provide reports on progress.

Qualifications:

    Proven experience in social media content creation and management, particularly with short-form video content on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
    Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and organic growth strategies.
    Ability to create funny, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
    Proficient with video editing tools and techniques, including removing watermarks from videos.
    Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content streams.
    A creative mindset and passion for social media and video content creation.
