Key Responsibilities

    Online Audit Study Management:
        Scrape job postings, apply to jobs, and track application statuses.
        Manage real-time data coordination and ensure accurate record-keeping.

    Literature Review and Analysis:
        Conduct reviews on behavioral economics and labor market discrimination.
        Draft concise, analytical summaries of key academic literature.

    Employer Survey and RCT Support:
        Collaborate with a survey firm in Delhi NCR to oversee survey and RCT activities.
        Monitor quality control and ensure project milestones are met.

Key Requirements

    Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and data management skills.
    Academic Insight: Interest in behavioral economics with the ability to analyze and synthesize academic research.
    Communication Skills: Excellent coordination and teamwork abilities.
    Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with research tools and a willingness to learn new techniques.
    Resourcefulness: Access to a SIM card and phone for monitoring callbacks and tracking responses (reimbursable).
