Requirements:

    Proven experience in 3D rendering for architectural projects (portfolio required).
    Proficiency with 3D rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar.
    Strong understanding of lighting, textures, and materials in architectural design.
