Project Scope
Stage 1: Logo Design

    Deliver three unique and memorable logo concepts aligned with our brand vision and audience.

Stage 2: Stationery Design

Upon approval of the logo, design branded stationery, including:

    Business Cards
    A4 Folders
    Email Signatures
    Envelopes (two sizes)
    Letterhead
    Employee ID Cards
    Event ID Cards

Stage 3: Additional Brand Elements & Company Profile Re-Design

Following stationery completion, design the following:

    Brand Elements:
        VIP, rent, owner, and employee boxes
        Door cards, house wall signage, and door numbers
        Lightboxes for building exteriors and street signs
    Uniforms:
        Cleaning and maintenance uniforms
    Marketing Materials:
        Website landing page samples
        Feather flags and outdoor project designs
    Office Branding:
        Office space branding concepts
    Company Profile:
        Re-design to align with the new branding.

Requirements

    Experience: Proven track record in logo design and brand development, particularly in property investment/management or related sectors.
