We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to provide ongoing support in reviewing and refining our comprehensive training programs. This role involves ensuring our learning materials are effective, engaging, and aligned with best practices in instructional design.
Scope of Work:

    360 Assessment Debrief Journey
        Review and optimize content to ensure a seamless and impactful debrief process.
        Enhance materials to support meaningful self-reflection and actionable insights.

    Team Development Program
        Assess program structure and flow to maximize team engagement and collaboration.
        Suggest enhancements for activities, materials, and delivery methods to foster team growth.

    Leadership Development Program
        Evaluate the curriculum for relevance, clarity, and depth in developing leadership skills.
        Propose improvements to learning pathways, resources, and assessment methods.

Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct detailed reviews of training content for clarity, consistency, and instructional effectiveness.
    Provide actionable recommendations to improve the learning experience.
    Collaborate with stakeholders to align programs with organizational goals and learning outcomes.
    Incorporate the latest learning design trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

    Experience: Proven track record in instructional design and curriculum development.
    Skills: Expertise in creating learner-centered content and understanding adult learning principles.
    Tools: Proficiency in e Learning platforms, LMS systems, and design software.
    Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for feedback and collaboration.
