About Us:
We are seeking a skilled virtual assistant to support our team with data entry and email management. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in productivity tools like Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
Enter data accurately into spreadsheets and databases.
Ensure all information is up-to-date and correctly formatted.
Email Management:
Manage and organize email accounts, including sorting, filtering, and responding to emails.
Prioritize and flag important emails for follow-up.
Administrative Support:
Assist with general administrative tasks such as scheduling, document management, and maintaining records.
Provide support for various projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and meet deadlines.
Experience in social media management is a plus.
