We are looking for an experienced Etsy Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our paid ad campaigns for our premium fashion brand. Our goal is to drive high-quality traffic, achieve efficient CPA, and scale our campaigns effectively.
What We Provide:

    Ad Account: A new ad account exclusively for you to manage.
    Materials: Raw creatives, including previous ad assets, to use or improve upon.
    Support Team: Access to video editors and graphic designers to assist with creative production.

Your Responsibilities:

    Audience Research:
        Analyze our data to identify the ideal target audience.
        Leverage Etsy's tools and insights for audience segmentation.

    Ad Strategy:
        Determine the best ad types and placements.
        Create a schedule for running ads effectively.

    Ad Copy & Messaging:
        Craft compelling ad copy tailored to our audience.
        Highlight key selling points and benefits of our premium fashion products.

    Creative Direction:
        Design ads or provide clear instructions for our team to produce engaging creatives.
        Ensure ads are aligned with our brand aesthetics and resonate with our target customers.

    Performance Analysis:
        Monitor and analyze campaign data daily.
        Adjust strategies to optimize for conversions and maintain a low CPA.

Performance-Based Bonuses:

After $10,000 in ad spend and achieving 100 orders in 7 days:

    CPA below $100: 3% of ad spend as a bonus.
    CPA below $125: 2% of ad spend as a bonus.
    CPA below $150: 1% of ad spend as a bonus.
    CPA over $150: No bonus.

Unlimited Budget if you demonstrate the ability to scale effectively while maintaining low CPA.
Contract Terms:

    Hourly Rate: To be agreed upon.
    Setup & Launch: Estimated 2-5 hours for initial setup and launch.
    Trial Review: After launching, we will evaluate the performance to decide on further collaboration.
    Positive Feedback Guarantee: If we do not proceed beyond the trial for any reason, we will still provide 5-star feedback for your efforts if the job was performed as requested.
