Job Responsibilities:

    SEO & Website Management:
        Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
        Regularly update and maintain the company website, ensuring it is optimized for search engines and user experience.

    Advertising Campaigns:
        Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
        Develop ad creatives and messaging that resonate with our target audience.

    Creative Content Development:
        Design and produce print creatives, ensuring they align with the brand’s visual identity.
        Create and manage engaging social media posts across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

    Marketing Strategy & Execution:
        Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our lighting systems.
        Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
        Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into marketing efforts.

    Collaboration & Communication:
        Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
        Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure cohesive marketing messages.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a product-focused environment.
    Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with website management.
    Proficiency in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
    Creative skills for developing ad and print creatives.
    Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
    Excellent communication and project management skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience in the lighting industry or similar visual product industries.
    Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEM rush, or other marketing software.
    Graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
