Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Hands-on .NET Core Development Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will not only oversee the development team but also actively participate in the development process, including writing code, debugging complex problems, and working alongside the team to deliver robust and stable solutions. Key Responsibilities:

    Hands-on Leadership:
        Oversee and lead the development team.
        Actively participate in the development process, including writing code and debugging.
        Inspire the team and foster a culture of excellence.
        Ensure the highest quality of product development.

    Technical Expertise:
        Provide strong technical guidance in .NET Core, Angular, and cloud technologies.
        Make key architectural decisions and solve complex technical challenges.

    Product Development:
        Lead the development of large-scale customer-facing products.
        Ensure robustness, stability, and user-friendly design in product development.

    Cloud Integration:
        Utilize expertise in cloud technologies to enhance scalability, performance, and security of applications.

    Collaboration:
        Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders.
        Understand requirements, define software specifications, and ensure successful product delivery.

Qualifications:

    Proven experience as a .NET Core Development Lead or similar role.
    Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a hands-on capacity, actively participating in the development process.
    Strong knowledge of .NET Core and Angular.
    Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience in a customer-facing product development environment.
    Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
    Experience in .NET and Azure SaaS development.
