Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Organic Instagram Growth Specialist to help us expand our reach and engagement on Instagram. Our nonprofit organization, P.A.L.S. (Parenting Advice Leadership Services), is dedicated to supporting young parents in the homeless community. We believe in the power of social media to connect with our community, spread awareness, and drive our mission forward.

Responsibilities:

    Organic Growth Strategies: Develop and implement effective strategies to increase our organic Instagram followers, ensuring consistent and sustainable growth.
    Hashtag Optimization: Research and utilize relevant hashtags to increase the visibility of our posts and attract new followers.
    Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and engage with influencers, organizations, and individuals who align with our mission to expand our reach and follower base.
    Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze Instagram metrics, providing regular reports on follower growth and engagement, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in growing and managing Instagram accounts, preferably for nonprofits or social causes.
    Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and best practices.
    Excellent content creation skills, with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
    Ability to develop and implement effective organic growth strategies.
    Strong communication skills and the ability to engage authentically with our community.
    Knowledge of social media analytics tools and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
    Passion for our mission and the ability to convey that passion through social media.
