We are an eCommerce company seeking 5 Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Specialists to enhance and streamline our remote hiring processes. Our focus is on hiring talent primarily in Europe and Asia, and we’re looking for professionals with a strong grasp of end-to-end recruitment and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and refine hiring processes and workflows for remote positions.
Improve and craft engaging job postings tailored to attract top talent.
Advise on salary ranges and candidate expectations for diverse roles.
Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for sourcing, filtering, and interviewing candidates.
Source talent through job platforms, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
Conduct initial candidate screening based on application questionnaires.
Organize and conduct interviews and personality assessments.
Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns to identify and attract potential candidates.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles, particularly for remote positions.
Strong knowledge of hiring tools, platforms, and LinkedIn recruitment strategies.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to create and implement SOPs and improve existing processes.
Familiarity with eCommerce industry roles is a plus.
Experience conducting personality assessments is desirable.
