We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Media Manager to assist with social media and community management across multiple platforms for an emerging music artist. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for the music industry and experience in marketing artists or influencers.
Key Responsibilities

    Content Management:
        Post scheduled and engaging content across Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
        Create and manage additional social media accounts to repost and support the main accounts.
    Community Engagement:
        Like, comment, and interact with fans and targeted audiences.
        Engage with fans of similar or targeted accounts to grow community presence.
        Unfollow inactive or irrelevant profiles to optimize account engagement.
    Content Creation:
        Use CapCut to edit videos for reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
        Collaborate to develop creative ideas and campaigns to promote the artist’s brand.
    Analytics & Reporting:
        Track and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies.
        Provide weekly updates on growth and engagement across platforms.

Requirements

    Experience:
        Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the music or influencer space.
        Familiarity with trends and best practices for each platform.
    Skills:
        Proficiency in CapCut or similar video editing tools.
        Strong communication and organization skills.
        Ability to manage multiple accounts and platforms simultaneously.
    Creativity & Strategy:
        A knack for developing engaging content that resonates with fans.
        Experience with social media growth strategies tailored to artists.
    Tech-Savvy:
        Familiarity with social media algorithms and tools for scheduling, analytics, and engagement.
